I bought a 2004 Ford Ranger from them and it had 82000 on it, I put about 16000 mile on it and had a misfire in cylinder number two, took it to a mechanic and found out it had a oil fouler it the cylinder. I know it a stripped spark plug, and I was told they fix it correctly by putting the head, they did a temporary fix to sell the truck, and no help from them now. they mechanic screwed cylinder head up. And the extended warranty that I bought from them will not cover the cost. Thank you Never Say No Auto for selling a lemon and the warranty too More
