Problems Arose, But Got Solved I've had quite the history with this dealership. I originally got a 2012 Chevy Sonic LT around October 2015 with them, but after months of having pro I've had quite the history with this dealership. I originally got a 2012 Chevy Sonic LT around October 2015 with them, but after months of having problems with the title being issued and the car breaking down, I decided I wanted to trade in the car for another. I knew it wouldn't be easy nor favorable for the dealer, but they went through with it anyway. After some additional months of insistently pushing through with this trade, I finally got a different car on June 2016: a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon SE. It's a fantastic sports car with the only minor aesthetic issues so far, which is much more promising compared to the complications I was having with the Sonic. Overall, this difficult process shouldn't have happened at all, but the fact the dealership went out of its way to resolve this obstacle speaks levels about their integrity and therefore I would recommend them. Shout out to Rick, Will, and Mark for helping me out. More

Definitely Would Recommend this Dealership!! Bought a second vehicle from them and had another really great experience! The Credit Rebuilding Program has certainly worked for me as I was able to Bought a second vehicle from them and had another really great experience! The Credit Rebuilding Program has certainly worked for me as I was able to get a lower interest rate with a Local Bank this time around. The vehicle was obviously meticulously detailed and was in "Like New" Condition. I was very impressed with the entire process and have finally found a Car Dealer who is more concerned with the Customer Experience then maximizing every ounce of profit from me. More

Finally a good car buying experience Shopping for a car online I saw that they had the car that I was looking for. I called and talked to a salesman to make an appointment. When I came to the dealership the salesman had the car ready for a test drive. 2012 Toyota was in great condition. They got me a overall good price and monthly payment for the car. They took care of my financing and I was approved the same day. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you More
Over priced Went there looking for a vehicle big enough to fit my whole family. They were all very nice and friendly but when it came to asking questions they beat around the bush. They do not work with you on pricing at all. We ended up going somewhere else and got a 2012 Chevy traverse with only 55,000 miles gap insurance and extended warranty for a lot less than what they wanted for a 2008 Tahoe with over 120,000 miles no gap insurance and a small warrenty. Its ridiculous how much of a difference there was and the car I ended up getting is 4 years newer with less miles!!! They are suppose to be here to help people with no credit but they are just screwing people over and taking advantage of them More

I just bought a Honda Accord from Never Say No Auto and my experience was great! I have bought a few cars in my 23 years of driving and these guys were the best I have ever worked with! The price was wit my experience was great! I have bought a few cars in my 23 years of driving and these guys were the best I have ever worked with! The price was within my range and the selection of newer used vehicles with low mileage was awesome. I went with a 2008 Honda Accord with 50k miles and am very pleased with it! Jeb was a great sales rep to work with and was upfront with all costs, no hidden fees or hike in price (they actually came down) I would recommend these guys to everyone looking for a car! Even if you have your own financing, these cars are worth a look~! I was at another used car lot in town just looking and by the end of my experience they had jacked the price up over $2,000 and told me an extended warranty was mandatory. Thanks for the great experience and car! More
