I walked into nemet Nissan for my appointment Sherette was welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The nature of my visit was to trade in my 2012 Rogue vehicle for an upgrade that would lower my payments or be close to it. I just have to say, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. She and Charles Strining worked closely together to meet my needs. Charles was very thorough in showing me around the facility, offering my husband and I a hot beverage. I loved how it truly felt like family, looking out for one another finding the best rates for my budget and making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. It was apparent that Sherrete's goal was for me to leave a happy buyer. Also Charles was AMAZING in breaking down the features of the vehicle, giving us a walk through of the show room ald other models, making my husband and I knowledgeable of the upgrades. At this point I began calling Charles, Charlie. I drove out of their in my preowned (practically new)2015 Nissan Rogue with immense satisfaction. 3 days later I'm still smiling and recommending friends, family, and strangers to buy from Nemet a trusted team that becomes family. Certified juke is a joke Got duped into buying a 11 certified juke with extended warranty. Within 1 month the battery was defective,, not covered. 2nd month problem with brake Got duped into buying a 11 certified juke with extended warranty. Within 1 month the battery was defective,, not covered. 2nd month problem with brakes, not covered. 3rd month had a recall that was issued when I brought the car , never told. 6th month had ac problem and their so call certified technician could not figure out the problem and had to wait almost 3 weeks which in turn if I put it through insurance and they don't pay for it, it would cost $4500, but if I want to pay now it's $700. And as soon as I pay and get the car back the horn goes out and again not covered. No one there can tell you why this car has so much problem and the reality the certified program was a scam. NEVER BUY A CAR NOR HAVE SERVICE DONE AT THIS PLACE. I even talk to the manager regarding how dangerous the place is for customers, I almost got hit by their worker, and he didn't even follow up after learning about my concern nor complaint. More
