Do Not Buy From Here On March 26, my grandfather was involved in an accident in his 2015 Nissan Versa. Liberty Mutual deemed the stated vehicle as a total loss. As a res On March 26, my grandfather was involved in an accident in his 2015 Nissan Versa. Liberty Mutual deemed the stated vehicle as a total loss. As a result, a check was then issued to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp in the amount of $13,345.63 from the insurance company. However, my grandfather still owed Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp $4,777 towards the Nissan Versa. In the first week of April, my grandfather and I went to Nemet Nissan to purchase another vehicle. A sales representative promised that the $4,777 owed towards the 2015 Nissan Versa could be combined with a new car loan. Instead of paying two separate car loans, he would only have to pay one loan. Believing that the sales representative who was assisting my grandfather was being forthcoming and helpful, I left my grandfather to finish the deal. Later that day, my grandfather informs me he purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra and that Nemet Nissan was unable to combine the two loans. Immediately I was appalled because the representative was adamant about combining the loans. However, as soon as I left everything changed and Nemet Nissan took advantage of my grandfather. My grandfather went on to explain that the financial manager Vince Kesh said that he qualified for a total loss rebate under his old contract for the 2015 Nissan Versa. Kesh explained this rebate could be used to pay off the previous balance on the old loan. After hearing that, my grandfather and I gathered all the necessary paper work that was needed and required by Vince. He received all information needed by the second week of April. I recently spoke with a representative from Nation Safe Driver about the monetary rebate my grandfather is qualified for. I was informed that my grandfather’s claim was denied because the necessary documentation was never submitted on time. I don’t understand why this is so when Vince Kesh ensured us on approximately April 10 that the forms we provided were correct and would be sent expeditiously. In addition, we followed up on our own accord with him via phone and in person on May, June and July. Despite our clear frustration, he again insured us that a check would arrive in the mail within a few weeks. Furthermore, I was made aware by supervisor Janay at Nation Safe Driver that there is a sixty day period from the date of the total loss, in order to qualify for the rebate. Being that he is an experienced financial manager, it’s difficult to believe that he did not know this fact. However, he was still asking us for more documentation in the month of September, in the form of a total loss letter. His reasoning was and I quote, “there was a flood at the company and they lost a lot of paperwork.” With that being said, the denial was clearly based on factors out of our control, the negligence and the deceptive behavior Vincent Kesh and the entire Nissan organization has displayed. More

I was not told that the shuttle service is one way and as a result, had to pay for a taxi in addition to the bill at Nemet. The receptionist for the service, Dominique, was rude and not helpful. You never know who you're speaking to over the phone or where the customer is employed. I will never bring my vehicle back here for any service! More

So it I was all good going into the car deal, we even agreed on a price and I signed the contract paperwork. Later while they were cleaning the car they came back and told me they couldn't honor the contract because they needed $500 more for the car or they wouldn't give it to me. I was amazed they tried this after the contract was already signed. I just left after they tried to bully another $500 out of me like that. Never had a worse experience than this at a car dealership. And after paying for 1 surpise surprise nothing was found and the car still does the same thing.I was waiting for them to charge me just to wait. More

When I met with the finance ma aver Mario, he told me my payments were going to be over $300 a month. When I asked him how he got to that number he showed me his computer and said "the numbers are the numbers". I spotted $2500 dealer fee, so I asked what that e're was, he said to get the internet advertised price I had to pay $2500. I told him that the salesperson said is was $2500 down, off the price of the car. He played dumb but made the adjustmeby. Then he tells me I am under no obligation but he has to show me the premiere care warranty. He says it's $2500 but pays for itself. I tell him no thank you. He says "I'll give it to you at dealer cost of $2300 and again I say "no thank you". He then tells me he'll give it to me for $1800 and I still refuse. He tells the salesperson to bring me across the street to get the car ready. After an hour he walks in and says they won't sell me the car without the warranty. I ask Why. I offered to pay their asking price for the car, no haggling and he says they won't do it. So I call the next day to complain and the manager says come in, they'll make a better offer. I go back and she says, we'll give you the price on the internet. So five hours the first day, another hour the second day and all they come up with is to offer me the price they advertised? They suck!!! The warranty is a scam and their customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen. It amazes me that they're still in business and I ha e filed a better business complaint as well as a consumer affairs complaint and will continue to write about their scam tactics!!! More
