A year ago I was so excited to purchase a new Dodge Pickup. I went to Nemer Dodge since they were local and I wanted to work with a local business. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely awful. Pickup. I went to Nemer Dodge since they were local and I wanted to work with a local business. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely awful. The truck I purchased had numerous issues. Crack in windshield, heater didn’t work, heated seats didn’t work, etc. After many, many, many calls to the dealership and not getting clear answers on when things would be fixed I gave up and actually sold the truck. Three weeks after I sold the truck I finally got a call from the dealership offering to fix the issues. This was two months after I initially let them know about issues. I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I was because I really wanted a dodge pickup. Perhaps I will be able to enjoy a Dodge in the future. More

Worst experience! Salesman joe Bovair kept us there for hours promising a car and deal. Days later he avoided returning my call after several polite attempts. I then tried to call and speak to any sales m hours promising a car and deal. Days later he avoided returning my call after several polite attempts. I then tried to call and speak to any sales manager. Also was avoided. When I called one last time I was hung up on! What scammers these people are. Thank you Krystsal Jeep in Warrensburg for making the right deal and sale with me. Krystal is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect! Salesman joe is a joke. I should’ve walked within the first few minutes when we figured out he had no clue what he was doing! Oh well. They were able to help me get financed even with it great credit Dave the finace guy amazes me and Health my salesman was awesome also.. my only negative thing is my truck only came with 1 key so I have to p credit Dave the finace guy amazes me and Health my salesman was awesome also.. my only negative thing is my truck only came with 1 key so I have to pay for another key which is $260 plus $60 to program it.
