My case was unique. There was damage to the vehicle (scratch). The touch up was no better than I could do. I asked for a call from manager and never received it. Only to happy to let you know that I was skeptical before going to a dealership, it has been reported that dealer are the most expensive..what you wouldn't know is that the people that work here at Nelson ma going to a dealership, it has been reported that dealer are the most expensive..what you wouldn't know is that the people that work here at Nelson mazda were very helpful to me..when I was told the bad news about my under shade mechanic damages I panic ,but I was put at ease with options give by christain, I applied for a loan and eventually got one, my other option was a used engine to replace the damaged one .they understand my plight and helped as much as they can, I appreciated all the help i was given...thank you Nelson mazda of Franklin TN..
