I have taken my car here several times and been very happy. This experience was very different. I made an appointment for an oil change and tires rotation. 2 hours later I was told that my evaluation wa happy. This experience was very different. I made an appointment for an oil change and tires rotation. 2 hours later I was told that my evaluation was done (not the work). The technician recommend multiple other things that needed to be done. No work had been started. One of the parts they needed for the work needed to be ordered after 2 1/2 hours, I left with only an oil change and an appointment to come back once the part arrived. I was assured that it would take two hours for my return visit. I asked three times to be sure at the time frame it would take for the next visit. I returned when the parts arrived. I dropped my car off and three hours later, I called them to find out when my car would be ready. at that time I was told at the end additional three hours. (6hrs total) appoint, I told him I would need to return the following day to pick it up. It was getting much too late. I am Alala really from dealership. Night arrived to pick up my car, there was no one in the service center to help me. I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to help me. Again, I have been to this location several times since moving to TN and have always been very happy. These 3 days were completely different than the other experiences. I am very hopeful that service will return to the level it was previously. More
MAZDA cool springs is filled with attentive and professional staff that make my visits comfortable and less stressful. Fantastic. It costs a little more but it’s worth it for the peace of mind and simplicity. They have this really cool video inspection of your car they send you. I’d never seen this done before.
