My car was temporarily lost. I called after I had not heard anything about my car for maybe 6 hours. It was in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called I was told they had no record my car was heard anything about my car for maybe 6 hours. It was in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called I was told they had no record my car was brought in and had no keys. The gentleman shortly called me back and said there was a glitch in the system and all was well with my car. A little disheartening of an experience though. And no one was super apologetic. Unsure we will go back even though the work was sufficiently done. I could have the same work done anywhere for similar price or even free for the tire rotation. More

Just bought a vehicle and had some work done at NelsonMazda and very pleased so far. They’ve been very accommodating and polite. Seem pretty knowledgeable too. I had my vehicle serviced by this dealership and issue was not fixed. They won’t take my calls or call me back after they promised to do so to fix my issue. Efficient and timely service...very easy to make and complete the appointment. The staff was most friendly and courteous. Staff keep in contact through texts and videos.
