Poor customer service and errors in sales practices Drove 17 hours to trade in my car and buy one of the nicest/most expensive cars on the lot and was treated like crap. The sales person I was working with on the phone told me that they would work with me on the numbers. After I arrived, the sales manager said the deal stands as is and they weren't willing to work with me. After arguing with them, they finally agreed to offer more on my trade in. Then I waited another hour before there finance person saw me to finish the deal on the new car. I had put a $500 deposit down to hold the car and that was basically taken from me. Never applied toward my down payment or to the price of the car. After I realized this, I contacted the sales person, who has ignored my requests. I filed a BBB complaint to get my deposit back. While there, one customer walked out upset and another was waiting as long as I was with a cashiers check in hand. Seems like this is common practice for this dealer. Worst dealership experience and expected more after driving all that way to buy a super premium car. They even had the nerve to send me emails saying I was a VIP customer. Not the case. More

Don't waste your time here I purchased my new GMC DENALI from Huffman on 11-16-19 was told my truck was new with factory warranty 3yr 36mth , was on my gmc.com on Sunday looking I purchased my new GMC DENALI from Huffman on 11-16-19 was told my truck was new with factory warranty 3yr 36mth , was on my gmc.com on Sunday looking and my warranty said I had 2Yrs 5months ,after contacting GM they told me when the vehicle starts accumulating miles the warranty kicks in so the warranty started in May of 2019 so contacted Huffman Chevrolet told me my truck had come from another dealership where they had pushed the wrong button and had marked this truck sold in May telling me it was an honest mistake but there was nothing they could do also when I purchased the truck I received 1 key was promised on 11/16 That they would get me another key & Fob for my truck 10 days later still no key or fob opened a case through GM They told me they would contact Tony Schmidt at Huffmans and he would contact me well that has not happened it been 7 days Guess these people will tell you what you want to hear to sell you a new car then after the sale there done .Forgot to mention on 6/19/19 I spent $40.00 dollars on a car fax to find out if this truck was new . More

Poor Purchase Experience! Never again I wish I had taken my father elsewhere. He is 83 and this was a big mistake. Even though we pointed out problems with the cars tires during the demo I wish I had taken my father elsewhere. He is 83 and this was a big mistake. Even though we pointed out problems with the cars tires during the demo ride, my dad is now driving his new car with balance/alignment issues because after he paid them, they would not help him fix the issue. Poor form Neil Huffman! After we made it to the finance dept, they tried to give him less for his trade in than agreed upon, the contract was completely wrong regarding his trade-in value. Also, the salesperson didn't keep his appointment with us and we came from Cincinnati. So our first experience was to be immediate handed off. Instant bummer. It just kept going downhill from there. So my father drove all the way back to the dealership to fix the tire balance/alignment issue (from the Cincinnati area) and they would not offer any assistance to help him fix the issues... other than sorry Charlie, "Pay us again and we'll fix it" . Well they sent him packing even though the sales dept was notified there was an issue with wheels before we signed the contract. I would not go back and I feel bad my father went there based on my advice. More
