I made the appointment online and received a confirmation email. I showed up early for my appointment and was told that I wasn’t on the list but I would be worked into the schedule. The mechanics were able to service my vehicle and the work done was excellent. Perhaps, it’s just the desk people need to be better organized. More

Bad car wash, and they locked my keys in truck. Didn't dry truck,left water marks all over. Had to go home and do it right. Paid $53/$27 labor. Expected more for that price. Had to use my OnStat to unlock truck, kid was coming from service shop with a long metal rod to try and open my truck up.
