Great Experience after a Bankruptcy I had a very easy experience getting my new vehicle from National Motors. John and Juan also made sure that I got the coverage I needed so I wouldn't worry about my car breaking down and not being able to get my car fixed. Great Experience! I decided to visit National Motors to see a Jetta they had listed online. Sean had the Jetta moved to the location he was at, and had it ready for a t I decided to visit National Motors to see a Jetta they had listed online. Sean had the Jetta moved to the location he was at, and had it ready for a test drive when I got there. It was a great car and we went to talk numbers. Sean and John never pressured me to buy the car and did everything they could to get my payments in to my budget. Ultimately, I bought the car at payments that were $10 less than I was prepared for even though my credit isn't that great. It was refreshing not to be made to feel "less than" at a car dealership even though I have bad credit. If you want a good car, go See Sean Lyons or John Hummer!! More

xxxx No! WORST experience EVER and I have purchased many cars. Price is NOT what it shows online, some $3K fee gets thrown on your car! Gabby does not do paperwork for customer to fully understand! Rotors on my car are bad came in twice to get a service appointment and still have not got an appointment or call back regarding one. Got my car the end of June and still have not received my hard tags and my paper tags are now expired and I'm being told there is nothing anyone can do and its coming on a week that my paper tags have been dead! Summer couldn't help, John the general manager couldn't help, but everyone was all hands on deck trying to help make that sell! Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone but the better business bureau! More
