The best experience I have had with buying a automobile!!!! First of all my sister who was a recent grad from college. Needed a car and she went to Antwerpen in Woodlawn. I'm sorry because I know one of this owners but the business has gone down. In my opinion. So my baby sister ended up at National motors in Nottingham,Maryland. She had Very little money or credit and she was able to purchase a great car within her budget. She is the sweetest person you will ever meet. And she was ramping and ravening about Ms. Gabby So much that. I felt like I had to meet this dealership. That made my sister soooo happy. Which in my eyes means everything in the world to me. Because my baby sister is my angel here on earth. And When she is treated that way by a stranger. I know that they must be a very beautiful trusting person. To do business with. I later found out that this is the owner. And that she treated my sister like she was a Star. For not a expensive car at all. And I have spent 4 times the amount of money that a recent Grad would spend. And I have never heard of such phenomenal attention caring and concern. From a car dealership. I will tell you this and my mother was also a witness to this dealerships integrity and patience and time. Spent on this purchase with my baby sister Shannon Duncan. So my husband and I are looking for a second car. And we are on our way to national motors. All the way from York, PA. They have my business and my family business for Life. And just a last note. I am a very very picky, meticulous person. And I am know to be a called the Queen Bee. And when you satisfy me. You are definitely on your job! And professionalism and going a extra mile. STAY AWAY! DON'T TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THEM! THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SALESPEOPLE POST IN ORDER TO PROMOTE! - Promised a car that was no longer available DON'T TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THEM! THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SALESPEOPLE POST IN ORDER TO PROMOTE! - Promised a car that was no longer available when I went in to buy it - When an almost identical car (make, model, year, mileage) was found at another lot and brought down, price was $3000 more - Front driver's side tire was low and not fixed before being sold - Convertible top didn't work and was not fixed or noticed before being sold - Top was not fixed in 1 day, as promised. It took 4, and in turn affected my work schedule! - Oil needed to be changed at time of sale and wasn't - Inside of car had not been cleaned (i.e: dirt, stains, goldfish, nachos found within) - Permanent tags were not called when ready and were then not even offered to be put on for me when I went in to ask why I hadn't been called when my temp tags were due to expire! More

Awesome Place to do Business Awesome place to do business. Salesman were very easy and friendly to deal with. People Who Are Treated Like A Human I'm pleased to write this review because there are still decent people who work for car dealerships.I was fortunate to be referred to National Motors I'm pleased to write this review because there are still decent people who work for car dealerships.I was fortunate to be referred to National Motors and be greeted by a pleasant salesman called New York.I've had some bad times in my life and that doesn't mean I'm a bad person however I was made to feel less than a citizen at other dealerships.I was called a dreck (whatever that means) and told I should pay my bills before the salesman would waste his time on me because I couldn't finance a hotdog with dollar as a down payment.National Motors must really train there salesmen to have a human touch or it was simply instilled in Mr. Anthony (New York) Hartwell from birth.Long story short after going through all the abuse at other dealerships I was able to be put into a nice Honda Accord Coupe.I want anyone who reads this review to make sure you go see Anthony (New York) Hartwell for a vehicle if you go to National Motors on East Joppa Road in Nottingham, MD.Thank you Anthony for all your help. Ask for Anthony (AKA New York) @ National Motors Both my mother and I needed to buy cars and sell our old SUV, when we came to National Motors we were only expecting to take a look at a specific Hond Both my mother and I needed to buy cars and sell our old SUV, when we came to National Motors we were only expecting to take a look at a specific Honda Civic they had in stock for me and possibly trade in our SUV as well... but after just a short time with Anthony Hartwell we not only felt comfortable and welcomed enough go for the test drive and definitely do our intended trade in, but we also decided to look through their massive selection for a car for my mother as well, which we hadn't planned on doing at all that day.. Anthony is the perfect kind of salesman that I look for; calm, soft but well spoken, and no nonsense (as in no B.S.) ... When we were working with him I didn't feel like I had to be on guard like I do with most salesman, I could tell he wasn't trying to scam us or make the sale whether the product was worth our time or not; I felt like I was in good hands and I could work with the man on a trusting basis to make my purchase and trade in... all of that can be said from my mother as well, she felt the same way and in truth, if it wasn't for Anthony we probably wouldn't have gone ahead and bought two cars and make a trade in all in one trip. GREAT service experience! After looking around town for a 2011 Nissan Maxima, I stumbled upon National Motors. I called and spoke with Anthony (aka "New York") Hartwell. The dealership was closing but he welcomed me in anyway. I went over what I was looking for and we set an appointment for the next day. By the time I got there, the vehicle I wanted was sold and I was about to walk away. Anthony however changed my mind. I was dead set on black however he found and came back with several options that fit my needs. I walked out with an excellent vehicle and I must say if it had not been for Anthony, I would not have purchased any vehicle. His service and attentiveness was great!
