Great Car Buying Experience!! Absolutely great experience overall. My salesman Sidney Brooks was excellent!!! Extremely kind and helpful and easy to work with. Both of the managers I worked with were also extremely pleasant and great to work with! After shopping around at different dealerships for months, all of them telling me I wasn't able to get financed for a newer car due to my lack of credit, and lack of co-signing options. But National Motors made it happen! I was about to give up hope when I was looking at an interest rate of at least 16% and insanely high monthly payments with different lenders, until one of the managers, Guy, pushed for one last option before I left. I waited around for a few more minutes to hear from the lender, and he was able to present me with an interest rate cut in more than half to only 7% and incredibly affordable monthly payments in my price range! Even with a roll over of $5,000 negative equity from my trade-in! Not only that, but I was required to put $1,500 down in order to qualify for the loan. I only had $500 available the day of sale, and Guy worked out a deal with me to pay them the remaining $1,000 within a 3 week time frame. Amazing!! You won't find customer service like this anywhere else, I guarantee it!! Not to mention, I am completely in love with my new (used) 2013 Kia Optima, it is a beautiful car!! Their prices are very hard to beat, the lowest and most reasonable you will find anywhere around! If you are in the market for a used car I would highly recommend you go see Sidney Brooks at National Motors!! More

I wish I had taken heed to the negative reviews before venturing out to the backwoods. They don't stand behind the faulty cars on the lot, and before you know it, you'll be stuck with a piece of junk that cannot be traded and end up paying two car notes because there is nothing you can do with the junk they sold you. They are unprofessional, and bold faced liars. Anytime an owner yells to the top of his lungs on the phone to a customer -- it is quite clear that this clown is unaware that we -- the consumers -- are the backbone of his livelihood. He has the nerve to get upset because a complaint was filed against the dealership? Really?! Who the heck wouldn't register a complaint after purchasing a piece of crap?! TRUST ME...don't waste your time, money, or sanity. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. Very shady business practices are going on in that renovated barn / grocery store...or whatever it is. More
