Went with my son to look at a car he found online. Sales man said he would have the business manger-Dave Webster- look at the numbers. After waiting more than a half hour, and having to ask what was taking so long, he came back with a ridiculous interest rate. After I left, I checked my credit report and Dave did 6 hard inquiries. Totally irresponsible salesmanship. I immediately called and his very lame reason was because I wanted the lowest payment. Dave- learn salesmanship, that would be looking at the sales price not jerking around with someone's credit. His professional sales response to my statement of the expectation is one credit inquiry and not six was "if you don't like the way we do business then go somewhere else" and then this professional hung the phone up on me. More

First, the place is seedy and dirty when you walk in, as are the people that work there. Next, the sales people are completely unprofessional and border on rude. I dealt with Brandon. Long story short: never followed through with me, kept me hanging for almost a week on the car I was interested in buying, and then hung up on my three times when I questioned that the Cars.com price was not being honored by the dealer. This jerk then proceeded to call me a few days later to ask if I was still interested in buying the car--said a few 'choice' words and then proceeded to hang up loudly on him. Seriously, this place SUCKS---if you want to get an amazing deal on a luxury-type car, then visit Elite Auto Brokers in Gaithersburg, MD. Well worth the drive, and such amazing deals from professional employees. More

Or, you too may be left with a broken down car, that no one INCLUDING THE DEALER can fix! If I could give this make shift dealership - former grocery store / barn ZERO STARS, I would. It's AMAZING that they have an A+ BBB rating when there are so many bad reviews online! It's because no one is reporting them to establishments where it REALLY counts! I purchased an SUV that looked good on the lot, and that's just where it will be parked for the life of the loan...on a repair lot or ON THE STREET -- STRANDED!!! (In my case, I was stranded on the interstate 3 times -- during inclement weather AND in the dark with no hazards)! This thing has been breaking down EVERY 7-8 DAYS SINCE NOVEMBER 2015. Don't believe ANYTHING they say. When you call, the car you want is ALWAYS there, but when you get there, they act as if they're looking for it, only to find out it was JUST sold. Unknown to me, that was the BEGINNING OF MY NIGHTMARE. I purchased an SUV in August without an extended warranty because the finance manager screwed up the deal and prevented me from adding a warranty to my contract. Weeks after the deal, I discovered that the same manager made an unauthorized $500 debit from my bank account. Meanwhile, after calling and calling about my tags, I learned that the tag and title guy walked off the job, without notice...and never returned. After paying for tags, I ended up going to the DMV to pick up my own tags. Soon after, the HEAP OF JUNK broke down. This junk has been breaking down ever since. It has been to several independent repair shops (8-10 times) and even to the dealer (3 times). I have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix this junk, but no success. The owner gave his personal cell as a ploy to try and convince me that he was on the 'up and up'...not so. Maybe that's their defense for the BBB, but speaking with him was a lost cause. It was a very disturbing and frightening experience. This person didn't know the difference between a complaint and a lawsuit. He accused me of suing the dealership and threatened to counter sue me! What?!? The managers and owner are ruthless. It's all about getting you in and out, and then you are on your own. It has been a real nightmare dealing with these barnyard folks. It's sad that the entire place only had two trustworthy gentlemen who worked there - my salesman and the mechanic. Unfortunately they are surrounded and outnumbered by the typical 'used car salesmen. Yelp has some impact on the dealership's reputation, but report this place where it really counts. THE THOUGHT of me trading my FLAWLESS Lexus 400h that THEY SOLD and made quite a profit off of -- JUST SICKENS ME TO THE CORE!!! PLEASE HEED MY WARNING: STAY AWAY!!!
