For a dealership in Jacksonville I would recommend visiting Amiel at National Dodge. He will bend over backwards to help his customers and won't try to rip you off just b/c you are in the military as visiting Amiel at National Dodge. He has even gone beyond to help me dealing with service with some issues I was having with my vehicle. While the sales team is outstanding I would not recommend bringing your vehicle their for service unless it is under warranty. The service department will sell you packages that will only work at their dealership and no other Dodge even when you ask them if it will transfer to other dealerships. They have also made mistakes in preforming service on my vehicle that I have later had to pay for out of pocket because I had to take the vehicle for further service to other dealerships which won't honor National's special packages.
