Where do I begin. Went up there in the beginning only bc of their billboard reading $99 down, even went online and saw the vehicle and the down payment. So I go to them, then they tell me that I don't quallify for the $99 down. Told them I could put down $3000, still needed my mother's signature. A month after getting the car the battery goes completely dead. It rains water covers my passenger seat bc the door is warped. The front end is out of alignment so tires wore out super quick. Part of the gas tank where you insert the nozzle is missing a bolt and causes the check engine light to come on. Amount other cosmetic damages. Not to mention how rude and non understanding the people at century fianance are. Hateful and do not work with you. Do not buy here cause you will be paying for it here. Cars are lemons and so are the people. More

I decided to give National a shot, their rates were favorable, they offered warranties. Did not force you to buy worthless third party warranties, and did show compassion for illness and bad fortune. If you communicated they listened and worked with you, if you respected and valued them as a business helping those with issues, they showed and treated you with respect as a valued customer. Car issues they listened, worked to resolve issues, I recommend National, give them a chance to give you a chance. More

Horrible Payment center I bought my car 2 1/2 years ago and since then I've been having nothing but problems. I replaced the battery,alternator,Wheel bearing,tires,camshaft s I bought my car 2 1/2 years ago and since then I've been having nothing but problems. I replaced the battery,alternator,Wheel bearing,tires,camshaft sensor,camshaft solenoid and fuel pump. I spent over 2,500 dollars and the car was broke for a month and a half and i had to ride the bus and train to get to work to continue to pay for repairs and parts. They didn't help me at all. Currently i took a job offer in Dallas,Texas and a lady named katelyn said if i show that I'm making payments they won't turn my car off. So now Katelyn no longer works there and they shut my car off without notifying me and again im in Texas not at home in Georgia. Im currently stuck in Texas and since i can't get back home to Georgia i lost my job. Their communication skills sucks. I will never in my life buy from them or refer anyone else to National Auto EVER. I've always had a car and i have NEVER had a repo or a voluntary repo on my credit until now. More
