Horrible For a buy here pay here dealership they give you a hard time. They are not willing to work with you if your credit is not decent at all. Most of their For a buy here pay here dealership they give you a hard time. They are not willing to work with you if your credit is not decent at all. Most of their cars are high mileage. They promote as if anyone can get a car but thats not the truth. The sales man i dealt with pretty much gave me the run around about getting approved i had to keep calling back to get answers which at the end it became three reasons as to why i couldnt get approved. False information was place in the notes about me and my approval process and they were not willing to work with me at especially being that i had the income that met their requirements..as to so many other used dealerships they make you believe that you can drive away with a vehicle. I wouldnt recommend anyone to them who's credit is not A1 because that's how they make you feel you need in order to drive off with their high mileage cars. My friend purchased a used car from them and different sensors and lights came on in his truck after about 3 months of him having the truck..... Just Be Careful if you decide to go with them....Dont get your hopes up its not all that easy as they make it seem. Advertising low down payments is only a way for them to get your attention, but thats it,your car note is extremely extremely high as well like around $400 to $450 and thats way too high for a high mileage used car. More

I called spoke with Malcolm to see if national could fix the problem and they did. The shop was helpful, informative and courteous. I love this place! They have made my car buying experience a very positive one. My next vehicle will be a truck and I will be purchasing it from National Auto Sales. More
