Took my car in for oil change. the service writer was confusing and not clear about what services were to be done. The service took over an hour. I was told they had a long line, which they did. Drove right in. When I questioned about the long wait time the service writer brought my paper work to me and reviewed the service which wasn’t what I was told when I arrived. The service writer was very rude and unconcerned about my questions. I had a unhappy buying experience and now this. I’m done going to Nate Wade for anything. More
Nate Wade Subaru made it easy to buy our Outback. They weren’t pushy with extended warranties like other dealerships we’ve used before. When their technician wasn’t there that day, they called in someone else and got it fixed within 30 minutes. I was really impressed with their costumer service! I would definitely recommend. More
