Eric and his team took excellent care of us at every step. We would definitely purchase another car here in the future and recommend them to our friends. step. We would definitely purchase another car here in the future and recommend them to our friends. More

Ken Howe was amazing to work with! He does not come across as your typical car salesman- I felt like he genuinely listened to me and cared about me. He was so friendly and kind. Immediate acknowledgement, prompt and efficient handling of oil change requirements. Snow tires were a separate issue. I cut my hand on a screw that lodged in the sidewall of one of my summer tires. Strange of oil change requirements. Snow tires were a separate issue. I cut my hand on a screw that lodged in the sidewall of one of my summer tires. Strange because it was in the plastic bag that I received last fall when my snow tires and wheels were put on. To my surprise last fall, the tire pressure gage in the valve stems were activated. Service rep, Jonny, told me sidewall puncture unrepairable. Ordered new tires which were mounted, paid for alignment and drove home. Disappointed that the valve stem sensors were not activated. Also discouraged by the fact that the screw in the tire was not brought to my attention last fall. The tire pressure warning light on my dashboard is a constant reminder of deliberate efforts to charge an extra $70 to activate valve stem’s. Hopefully, my car will recognize the snow tires when I put them on next fall. More
