Terrible Service My first, and hopefully only, experience with Nashville Subaru was beyond sub-par. With an appointment for a basic oil change, I still waited over 2-h My first, and hopefully only, experience with Nashville Subaru was beyond sub-par. With an appointment for a basic oil change, I still waited over 2-hours (this is on top of being being ignored by the service writers upon my arrival. When my car was finally done, the service writer informed me that I would need 4 new tires (my current tires have less than 10,000 miles on them). When I asked for more information, he said their was a nail in one tire. I understand that with AWD you replace all tires at once, but he was unable to explain why the tire was not repairable. He also gave me a service estimate for an additional $1300 in service that the recommend--not based on inspection, just recommended. After leaving the dealership, I stopped at another reputable mechanic who saw no reason not to repair the tire, and did so quickly and at a very reasonable price. Why Nashville Subaru couldn't provide this service is beyond me. More

My sales rep was excellent, my first experience with service was not that great but they have improved greatly and my last experience was wonderful. I find the customer service excellent and there is one gentleman who ALWAYS greets the customers waiting for service and offers beverages and snacks while we wait plus gives a a warm and wonderful smile. I only wish I new his name so I could provide kudos for him here. More

Although it was just a simple oil change and tire rotation on my '17 WRX, I was impressed with the friendly staff and a nonchalant attitude about the modifications I've done with the car. I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger on going to a new dealership. I've had a relatively long relationship with another local dealership. I was recently burned by said dealership and disrespected. The OTHER GUYS definitely lost my business due to their lack of courtesy and because they could come up with 3 different stories for any problem I had but not actually act to remedy the situation and make my experience not crap. It was almost as if I was treated as subservient to them and other customers. And I'm really not that hard to get along with. I promise. To sum it up, Nashville Subaru easily earned my business. They got me at the friendly staff that doesn't make excuses or attempt to make me feel stupid. Thanks guys, y'all rock! More

Will Never Do Business With Them Again The entire experience with them was horrible. It took 2 days to get an appointment. No one would ever call me back, answer the phone or the text I was The entire experience with them was horrible. It took 2 days to get an appointment. No one would ever call me back, answer the phone or the text I was able to send from their own website. Finally after I emailed someone emailed me back. I set and appointment for Saturday, I needed recall work done. When I got there the guy acted like I was crazy for being there because they don't do warranty work on Saturday. I showed him my email with the confirmation that I had an appointment and the part they needed was in stock. He took the car and said to be back at 1:00pm. This was as 10:00am. I wasted the day waiting on 1:00 when I got a phone call around 12:00 saying they did not have the part they needed even though it showed 2 in stock in their computer. We also had asked them to program a key we had, they were not able to do that either they some to come pick up the car and we would have to come back another day. I was so mad. When I got there the man was nice and felt bad, but I had wasted a Saturday morning on this BS. Only after I asked for his boss's name and number did he offer a loaner car for the weekend and to keep ours until they could get it fixed. I took them up on it. We live 30 minutes from the dealership so it's not like we can just swing by. They did fix the car, but only after all they hassle. Doing business with a company should not be this hard. I will NEVER go back there again. It is already a pain to have a car recalled let alone having to beg someone to fix it. More

Agree shuttle service is a nightmare and menace to our roads The service representative I dealt with (Anthony) was excellent, and if not for the shuttle service, I would give this dealer 5 stars. I was shuttled The service representative I dealt with (Anthony) was excellent, and if not for the shuttle service, I would give this dealer 5 stars. I was shuttled along with another customer. The driver asked if it was O.K. if he dropped off his son, who was in the car, at his school "a couple blocks away." A couple blocks away turned out to be 2 miles away in Edgehill, and completely opposite the direction the other passenger and I were going. He sped through alleys, and was doing fast starts and stops, speeding, and darting in and out of traffic, rather dangerously. After taking us on his personal errand, he goes right past the dealership another 20 minutes later. By the time he dropped me off, I noted the other passenger looked quite carsick, and I asked if she was O.K., and she unconvincingly nodded yes. Their shuttle driver needs to go, he is a walking liability for the company, and eventually, a customer, or another driver or pedestrian is going to get hurt, or worse by this guy. I'll probably use the dealership again, but I will NEVER get into a car with this shuttle driver again! More
Shuttle service is a nightmare. I had an appointment to have my vehicle serviced here and was happy to see the work was performed quickly within the day. The service advisor I had was very kind, professional and was wonderful to work with. However, my only complaint was the shuttle service that the dealer provided. The driver was very unprofessional. He talked on the phone, sped around the city with the dealership's new vehicle, did not pick me up on time, and when he did arrive there was another passenger in the front seat who appeared to be his personal friend. On the way to the dealership he continued to drive recklessly and made several sexist remarks about the women they saw on the street. It is because of this experience with their shuttle service that I would not be able to recommend this dealership to anyone. More
