Part was ordered on a Monday for delivery to the dealership the next day. I didn't schedule service until Thursday. I arrived for the appointment and was told (about 30 minutes later) that the part dealership the next day. I didn't schedule service until Thursday. I arrived for the appointment and was told (about 30 minutes later) that the part had not arrived yet. I should have been informed of this so I could have rescheduled the service and not wasted 2 3/4 hrs waiting at the dealership for something that should've taken 20 minutes or less. More
