I had a very positive experience with Napoli service department I was greeted with a smile and a welcome . I was told what was going to be done and approximate time that it would take . I have never been more disappointed with dealing with a business. So many issues with a car that was purchased less than 2 months ago. A misdiagnosis with the service department that caused me to have no v business. So many issues with a car that was purchased less than 2 months ago. A misdiagnosis with the service department that caused me to have no vehicle for a very long time. Many of my phone calls were never returned from the start to finish of having this car. Still waiting on a call back that I don’t expect will come at this point. I will never use this dealer again. It has been nothing but frustration and a huge amount of my time has been completely wasted. I was also expected to drive my car to another dealer 30 miles away and the car would not accelerate. Clearly safety is of no priority. More

Worst service I've received from a dealership and any other business. I've had to bring my car back three times now because the service team missed items that were damaged or damaged new items on their o other business. I've had to bring my car back three times now because the service team missed items that were damaged or damaged new items on their own. It's been a nightmare having to work with Napoli Kia. They have not treated my car with care. Items were recklessly thrown around inside my car, items on the outside of my car were damaged by the service team with no offer to replace or repair. The three times I have had to bring my car in, the service team couldn't be bothered to vacuum and clean up after themselves, or even secure the cover to my trunk correctly. Just abject carelessness across the board. My experience with Jen has been even worse. She failed to update me on the progress of my vehicle, once taking over a month to respond to me. She never answered any of my calls and would only respond when she needed something from me. The few times we met in person she was hostile and argumentative more focused on proving a point than ensuring my car was fixed. I really just want Napoli Kia to finally fix my car so I never have to deal with them again. More
It was a good initial experience but dealer has been unresponsive after closing the sale. Our questions were answered, and we were given ample time to test drive and make our decisions. Ultimately we purchased two vehicles, and have been happy with the cars. My rating falls short in one primary area. The dealership offers 1 year of service on all cars. As part of our agreement, they agreed to match the three years of service that other dealerships were offering. It was late, and we were there after closing finishing the paperwork, and I failed to get the confirmation of the service agreement in writing. I called our salesman who said he would check and get back to me. I emailed the sales manger for a confirmation. I finally talked to a finance member about another question, who checked and saw only 1 year in the system. He said he would check on this and get back to me. I have not heard back from any of them. I had planned to recommend this dealer to friends whom I know are looking for vehicles, but I won’t be doing do now because no one is responding to my inquiries. I feel like they told us what we wanted to hear to make the sale, but had no intention of following through. Frustrating and disappointing now that I can’t even get a response to my request for confirmation. More
