The absolute worst dealership in Connecticut. I have been a loyal customer for years, bought multiple cars from them but the last car purchase was a disaster. Do not buy from here, after you lease a car they do not care ! They say oh well you have to deal with their customer care department who is overseas and do not speak English! I was missing a 400 payment on my car for 7 months until I had to submit a formal complaint to the state of CT! I called the place and they said they couldn't help me even after I explained that their customer service couldn't understand because they are not good at understanding the English language. They said they would help but months later and nothing !!! Please I am telling you run from this place, you will only get issues and get frustrated at the way they handle your payments and steal your money !!! Ashley Power will act like she will help and she never calls you back, worst service I have ever received! More
