I paid for a part needed to complete my repair. I was told the part would be in in a couple of days. 10 days later I had heard nothing. I took me three calls to service before I received a promised cal told the part would be in in a couple of days. 10 days later I had heard nothing. I took me three calls to service before I received a promised call back with info. Once my part was received I still had to wait another eight days before the service could be completed. More
