Service is good, people are nice and the waiting room is very comfortable, but the last two times I've been in for service they didn't wash my car when the work was done. They used to wash the car in the past, so perhaps there was a policy change during the pandemic. It's a bit disappointing because I was expecting my car to be nice and clean, but it wasn't.
