Usually I get a video walkthrough of the multipoint inspection. I didn’t, and I didn’t get any updates. Only came here because I got my car here and didn’t trust anyone else to do my alignment since I inspection. I didn’t, and I didn’t get any updates. Only came here because I got my car here and didn’t trust anyone else to do my alignment since I have driving assist and was told it would take 4 hours elsewhere. My car oil change, alignment and inspection took 3 hours. I got back the results of the alignment and one side is still red, but no one explained anything to me. Will continue to go to Firestone for my inspections and other maintenance. I also think I had a coupon for my oil change and forgot about it. Firestone would have automatically applied it for me without even asking. Everyone was nice but, service was mediocre. More
