Berit met me as I entered the facility and quickly assessed what needed to be done with my car. She keep me apprised of the timeline of repairs and had the paperwork ready when I picked up the car, al assessed what needed to be done with my car. The staff is friendly. However, there is no shuttle on Thursday and every time I request a car wash, they say the washer is down.
