IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. OVER 28HRS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A PHONE CALL/UPDATE REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER I CALLED TODAY 7X I FINALLY SPOKE THIS DEALERSHIP. OVER 28HRS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A PHONE CALL/UPDATE REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER I CALLED TODAY 7X I FINALLY SPOKE TO A PERSON WHO ADVISED ME TO WAIT FOR A CALL FROM MY SERVICE ADVISER. NOW MIND YOU MY CAR WAS JUST THERE LAST WEEK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM N THEY KEPT IT FOR A DAY. FINALLY GET A CALL BACK FROM THE DEALERSHIP THEY TELL ME IT'S MY HYDRATED BATTERY WHICH HAS A 10YR WARRANTY BUT THEY'RE WAITING ON A CALL FROM THE MANUFACTURER OK AT THIS POINT IM ASKING FOR A LOANER/RENTAL VOUCHER ECT... BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED ANOTHER DAY, SO NOW WERE TALKING 3DAYS WITHOUT A CAR. NOT TO MENTION THE SERVICE ADVISER WAS RUDE AS !!!!. AGAIN IM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER I GUESS HE'S TOO BUSY ARE THIS IS THIS DEALERSHIP WAY OF BUSINESS. BELIEVE IM TOTALLY NOT EVER GONNA RETURN HERE FOR SERVICE. AND YES IM STILL WAITING ON THAT PHONE CALL. MY NAME IS MR. BLAYDES SO THERE'S NO NEED FOR CONFUSION. More
Worst experience. I went in for a recall and asked them if they could also check why my seatbelt light was always on. They never told me they would do a diagnostic tha I went in for a recall and asked them if they could also check why my seatbelt light was always on. They never told me they would do a diagnostic that cost $180.00. They did it without authorization and wouldnt give me my keys until it was paid. Very disrespectful to senior citizens. More
When I called the operator and ask to be connected with someone in service. A lady answered the phone and I told her the situation I was in with my 2018 GMC. She told me to bring it in and let me know that someone in service. A lady answered the phone and I told her the situation I was in with my 2018 GMC. She told me to bring it in and let me know that they wasn’t gone be able to look at it until Wednesday. Which was okay. I had my truck towed there only for the same lady; I think, to tell me that I have to get it towed somewhere else. That since my truck is an GMC, the service department wasn’t gone be able to see what’s going on with my truck electrical system. And that really got me upset because I purchased my truck from them and now I have to get it towed somewhere else farther out. But I really did appreciate Jules for understanding the situation the lady I spoke with. Helping me getting to the other dealership and also making sure I got back home. More
