I gave River Oaks CDJR an opportunity to make things right after a disappointing customer service experience. While management eventually offered a 2-year maintenance package, the final agreement fell f right after a disappointing customer service experience. While management eventually offered a 2-year maintenance package, the final agreement fell far short of what was discussed and what I expected as a resolution. The paperwork appears to cover only a limited number of oil changes and tire rotations rather than a comprehensive maintenance package. After the time, frustration, and inconvenience I experienced, I do not feel the resolution adequately addressed my concerns. Customer service is not just about fixing a problem—it’s about restoring trust. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the dealership was more focused on closing the issue than truly making the customer whole. Before agreeing to any dealership “goodwill” offer, I strongly encourage customers to get every promised item in writing and review the agreement carefully before signing. My experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled. More

The worst dealership also service center sucks the guy Brad that’s in service does not need to be working there he has no knowledge of what was wrong with my car. I have a BMW, the drive train malfunction 2 message came across my screen of my car. I was told that it meant that my BMW warranty was about to expire. I looked at him like he was crazy. I told him that that was incorrect and if a warranty was about to expire, BMW would have called or sent a message in an email my car was there for approximately five days without being told anything and when I called to keep checking on my vehicle, I was put through different services a guy named Dawayne had me call back because he was supposed to be looking for me. A rental vehicle gave me his personal cell phone number told me to call back at four and did not even answer or reply back on the other hand my sales person. Justin was very nice and helpful. He did call me back after me constantly calling checking up because no one else thought enough to give me a call other than him. Good sales person overall. More
