Their boss Mo Muhsen made the decision to replace & stand by their cars. To be honest, I did not expect this. Through this process, they did what exactly they said they would do. Trust a car salesman? This dealership and their people have mine. You can be sure family, friends & coworkers will hear this story. Fair??? Beyond fair. You have to get a price from Napelton for new, used or service from these guys. Quality people make quality cars. More
Very good experience Test drove a car, traded in the old one (and paid off the loan), financed the new one in under 3 hours. Tony Smith & Pat Hogan my salesmen was very knowledgeable, and Mo the GM worked with me to get my 2017 Scat Pack C These guys know what their doing. Tony Smith & Pat Hogan my salesmen was very knowledgeable, and Mo the GM worked with me to get my 2017 Scat Pack Charger. They are very professional and funny. I wasn't pressured at all. I took it on a test and they let me hit the accelerator a couple of times. Gave me the best price on my car, no other dealership would have came close to the price i paid. Customer service is horrible and they treat women like Horrible services department! Called and asked if they could change my break pads on my car and was told yes. Brought my car in several hours went pas Horrible services department! Called and asked if they could change my break pads on my car and was told yes. Brought my car in several hours went past before they told me they had to order parts and they were now working. I said fine can I get a shuttle to go and get something to eat. The young man shook his head no and shrugged his shoulders mouthing I can't. I walked to get a snack from a store down the street. I then had my first call at about 445pm stating that I need rotors as well should they go ahead with the work. Well I needed to have my car safe and driving so yes do the work. A few more hours went pass and now I have a service guy saying well we are working hard to fix your car I just found out that you've been here all day. Next at 730pm he is telling me I am here to give you a loaner. Confused where is my car? Well we ordered the wrong parts! Upset talked with the GM before leaving. Next day no phone calls or anything checked on my care twice, finally at 530 they called to say your car is ready. Get there and all my brake lights are on and won't go off. Gm comes out and says I want to make sure we fix it right so your going home in the loaner. 3rd day I called again to check on my car and was told we are working to find the problem. Later a call came in stating they have found the problem parts won't be in until the 4th day. We will call you then. They called when they received the part and once my care was fixed. However the damage had been done because of the horrible customer services on day 1 and 2. With the fact that staff lied and said they were communicating with me. Never in my 22 plus years of driving have I experience service like this. I believe they treat their women customers like crap and are not honest on top of that. More
