An amazing customer experience Due to the fact that I had not bought a new car in 11 years, I did not have high hopes for car shopping. I mean, my husband and I had been met outside the doors of several dealerships and chased down outside of one, so, like I said, expectations were not high. Dreading the experience is more accurate. How lucky were we, though, that Adam Muhammad was right INSIDE the dealership (not outside…) to assist us at Napelton’s River Oaks. Adam was so incredibly patient with me, as I was 100% sure I wanted a Jeep Compass, yet unknowingly undecided on the trim level. Adam spent 5 hours with us on a Saturday and never once pressured me into a vehicle – he actually told me, don’t worry, I will find you what you want at the best price. That he did…. ON HIS DAY OFF! Adam found the Compass I wanted and sat in HOURS of traffic to deliver it to me. Not only that – he sat PATIENTLY with my husband and me and outlined all the awesome features of the vehicle (like I said, it had been 11 years….) after sitting in all that traffic.
