I told him that that was incorrect and if a warranty was about to expire, BMW would have called or sent a message in an email my car was there for approximately five days without being told anything and when I called to keep checking on my vehicle, I was put through different services a guy named Dawayne had me call back because he was supposed to be looking for me. A rental vehicle gave me his personal cell phone number told me to call back at four and did not even answer or reply back on the other hand my sales person. Justin was very nice and helpful. He did call me back after me constantly calling checking up because no one else thought enough to give me a call other than him. Good sales person overall. More
