We were very happy with the purchasing experience at Napleton. Sheldon was fantastic to work with (as was Mark and Michael from finance). No one pressured us into anything, and all were very accommodating with us bringing our 8-month old son. Also, I noticed the waiting room by the service area had cafe-style tables and a large workspace table with plenty of power outlets. Little details like this go a long way with a positive customer experience. Car maintenance is a part of life and knowing that I can take our vehicle to a place where I won't lose a whole day (or can at least be productive while waiting) made me feel like I chose the right place to purchase a vehicle. More
