Mayssam was awesome at getting me into the 2025 Kia K5 GT that I'd been trying to find for a while. I showed up for an appointment on q Friday morning and somehow miraculously Napleton had a GT with the GT1 that I'd been trying to find for a while. By Friday night I left after all the crazy financial signature crud with possibly the last ICE car I'll own! Scheduled to go and buy a 2022 Genesis G70 they had. Mentioned I was going to buy today and that I just needed a little wiggle room on the price. Sounded like they’d be willing. Couple hours later before my appointment I was told that the car suddenly had a turbo issue that needed to be replaced. Then was told it was just the blow off pipe, and that they’ll reach out when it’s fixed. Then was told they had someone there earlier willing to pay full price once it was fixed. Enough with the games, I was willing to buy it today for just a tiny bit less ($300). Shout to the sales manager named Garett T McComb for all of this. Update 01: They called me back offering $500 off the price to remove the review. Which I was willing to do but wanted to ask if they would do $150 additional as well as the amount they originally offered on my trade in. I posted the review originally because of the games. Next thing I know the manager called me to confirm whether that was the number I asked for and he hung up on me when I confirmed. When I asked for the Salesman to call me to confirm whether they would do the $650, I was told to no longer talk to them and that they won’t do business with me anymore. The service department is terrible. I brought my vehicle in because AC was not working. The vehicle was covered under full manufacturer warranty. I was charged $305.99 for coolant to be put in the vehicle. A new vehicle should not need coolant unless there is an underlying issue. They said they checked for leaks but obviously did not. I had to take my vehicle to Lou Fusz Kia where it was checked properly and the cause of the problem was a leak in the AC line. I worked with Matt Oswald at Kia Napleton who led me to believe he was the manager when indeed he was not. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND KIA PRODUCTS. I drove a toyota prius for years and never had any issues. The least KIA can do is stand behind their products. More
Do not buy from this dealership! !! I almost bought a used car from them, but it died 3 times on the way home from the dealership. When I called, they offered a refund or to fix it !! After a week of not returning my calls, they said the car was fixed and ready for pick up. When I questioned what part they fixed on the car, the manager wouldn't answer my question, but instead told me to just take the refund. Come to find out, they just changed the sparkplugs and a serpentine belt, and put it back up for sale. Neither of these items would cause the car to just die while driving down the road at 60mph. They knowingly are selling a car that is a huge safety hazard! Don't buy the 2014 Kia Sorento LX with 81,000+ miles on their lot...its not fixed and someone could seriously get hurt when it dies on them while driving! Makes you wonder what else they are hiding, or if they knew this car had issues when I bought it. Maybe that's why they offered a refund so quickly.... More

I would give this dealership a minus 5 if I could. I went to this dealer to purchase a 2018 Camry in a cash deal. I made a VIP appointment because I live over an hour away. Met my salesman and he took me outside to see the car. It looked in good condition and I test drove it. After the test drive, I indicated that I would like to purchase the car. I told him that I would pay for it in full (no financing was needed). I offered to get a cashier’s check and he told me I could pay with a personal check. I asked when the car would be ready to take home. He told me that it needed a headlight changed and they would wash and prep the car prior to delivery. I signed and dated 10- 12 papers, that clearly indicated that I was buying the car for a fixed dollar amount, per his request. He then told me the car will be ready the next day by noon or 12:30. I left the dealership and stopped at my bank to transfer enough funds to cover the cost of the car. I came back the next day with my checkbook in hand and ready to take the car home. When I got there, nothing had been done to prep the car. He lied and told me it was because the headlight was not in stock and they had to order the headlight and they were sent the wrong headlight. He assured me they had already re-ordered the correct headlight and would get in touch with me when it was ready. I noticed a large red card in the front window that said "SOLD" and it had my salesman's name on it. An entire week went by and I had not heard back, so I decided to call my salesman. He transferred me to his manager Jason K. I was then told that the car had been sold to someone else. I was appalled. Jason K. told me that they had not heard from me, so they went ahead and sold it to someone else. I told him that the last thing I was told was that I would be contacted to come out and pick up the car once the headlight was replaced. He again said the car was gone and there was nothing he could do. No apology. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay away from this shady dealership that lies to its customers. The manager even gave me a bad email and call back number. Bad news all around!! More

Dealership service department failed to diagnose engine problems prior to complete engine failure, and refused to honor extended warranty for Rod Bearing Failure, which was clearly and direct result of thi problems prior to complete engine failure, and refused to honor extended warranty for Rod Bearing Failure, which was clearly and direct result of this failure. Kia Customer Care Service would not back this claim since they rely solely on the dealers findings. This is a clear failure to dismiss this claim on Kia's lack of involvement, and the dealers complete negligence of pre-emptive service. Service after sales is not Kia's or Mid Rivers Kia priority. Furthermore this dealership had no General Manager to address these issues with beyond the Service Manager. Very unprofessional establishment. More
