David always lets me know if any fluids need changing, or anything else I wouldn't know of. They always do a full inspection and this is a comfort...and then they wash the car, too. I really Like the people who work there, and they have a wonderful waiting area...well stocked for waiting. I would never go anywhere else. More

frustrating, its, been almost a month and the error they m Bought the car on 8-27, and they transferred my plates tot he new car, sort of. They actually transferred the plates to the wrong vin number. All the paper work was for the wrong vin number. I didn't know this but did see the start of the problem when I tried to get vanity plates and the Secretary of State web site kept telling me there was an error. About a week later the dealership called me and asked if both sets of keys worked. I said I only tried the one set. I went in and sure enough the other set belonged to a different car. In the mean time I got my insurance for the wrong vin and the finance company sent me the invoice for the first payment for the wrong vin. My wife and I had to go in wait an hour and resign all the paperwork, get the correct keys and be told that we'd get the new plate registration the next day. I had to call the finance company and the insurance company. I had to call the dealer, because they did not call me as promised, to only be told it would be a week before I'd get the new plate registration. Still don't have it. Still waiting for the finance papers, They gave me a few extras for my inconvenience, but I'm won't be happy until this mess is finalized. More

bad experience this time I have used the service center a few times and overall they are great . However I had a really bad experience this last weekend. My appointment took I have used the service center a few times and overall they are great . However I had a really bad experience this last weekend. My appointment took over 2 hours for an upgrade and an XM radio update. I was told it would take maybe half an hour for the radio update; but I really did not plan to be there 2 hours. And to make things worse -- I had scheduled this service call. The waiting room was jammed so clearly they did not schedule well. Worst part -- now I have to go back. My tire light just went on. Thee guys that work at the desk are super nice, but I sure would have appreciated them letting me know upfront it was going to be 2 hours. More

Friendly and prompt service Rene Montenegro and David Powers as well as other members of the service team have helped me numerous times with my 2007 Mazda CX7 but I see Rene and Rene Montenegro and David Powers as well as other members of the service team have helped me numerous times with my 2007 Mazda CX7 but I see Rene and David the most. I also go to CJ Wilson for regular maintenance on my car such as oil changes. They have consistently met my expectations and have always been courteous, friendly and willing to help me. My car is now running better than when I bought it. I would also encourage anyone who buys a used 2007 Mazda CX7 or any used car to purchase a service warranty. The people at CJ Wilson Mazda do a great job. More
