Review of charges Service was pretty good and efficient as in the past. Per the second service rep (can't remember names at the moment ...don't have my paper work with me) but one line item was auto populated for the wrong price and he had to reprice it manually. Car was supposed to have been washed but when I was at the gas station...miles away after I had left. I noticed grease/dirt marks on the panels near the tires. Just a comment, it didn't look like it was washed. More

The individuals working behind the counter are super friendly and know what they are talking about. I came in for my 4 month checkup and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. They even have a courtesy car that gave me a ride to the train station and later picked me up too. My car was ready before I even made it into work. I love that they wash my car and have it all ready and looking good when I pick it up. Even though this is my first maintenance check on my new vehicle, I've been in there several times to have extra accessories installed. I've always found their service department to always be consistently friendly and professional at the same time, along with being super fast. They never hesitate to answer my questions and I always have a lot of those. More
