Top quality salesperson and finance. After getting over being mad during a pre-visit call right after I got my TruCar quote in which they said there was an additional 10% more for the fac After getting over being mad during a pre-visit call right after I got my TruCar quote in which they said there was an additional 10% more for the factory CPO program - I called the TruCar rep. (Gen Mgr) who said they DID honor the quote. My assigned salesperson was quick and upfront about the purchase with only one unanswered issue on pricing. This was handled with no problems and the finance work was very fast and professional. Being a retired VP of Human Resources (with heavy labor relations) working in many industries including auto with 27 shops, I wish the dealerships would change their heavy handed marketing/sales tactics as "at least 45%" of their customer base doesn't like it nor do they respond well to the tactics. More
