When you wish for a car and the dealer makes it a reality I needed a new car and after lots of research decided I wanted a Mazda 6. After speaking with Gabe, he helped me explore my options - even suggesting I needed a new car and after lots of research decided I wanted a Mazda 6. After speaking with Gabe, he helped me explore my options - even suggesting that I consider other makes and models. After letting my family and I look around on the floor, he provided us with an estimate of our options and then we went on a test drive. He was very thorough and well informed, and he helped me make the right decision based on what I wanted and my budget! Clearly he was listening and not just trying to sell me a car. Everyone we worked with was friendly and Gabe truly treated us like family. We had to wait a bit for the car to arrive from an offsite location, but the car was exactly what I wanted. After completing all the paperwork, getting the keys and paying, Gabe went out with us to do a final inspection on the car and help set up my phone with bluetooth and show us the interior features. Great customer service from start to finish! More

Utterly Unprofessional I was a 3x customer of this dealership and its predecessor, having purchased as recently as last summer and as far back as 2006. In seeking a new vehi I was a 3x customer of this dealership and its predecessor, having purchased as recently as last summer and as far back as 2006. In seeking a new vehicle, I put out a request for bids on Edmunds, making sure to include these people. Not only was their price the highest, I also researched a price through Costco, and again, their price was not close. I contacted them however, having this relationship, to see if they could be the price. In the end, they would only offer me $100 less. When I told them this wasn't good enough, their sales manager--a guy named Mo--engaged me in an email battle telling me I was the disloyal one, and later even called me a liar, noting their dealership wasn't around in 2006 (CJ later acquired the Mazda Countryside location). Every time I come in I see the salesman that I bought my car from (Gabe Ceniceros) and he goes out of his way to stop by, shake my hand and talk for a few minutes. Its those extra touches that really makes me appreciate coming in for something like an oil change. Everyone in the service department is very helpful. Its nice to have a good place to recommend. My mom takes her car to a different dealership and the service is bar none 150% better at CJ Wilson Mazda! More

Always a pleasant experience I can change my oil and have my car checked for maintenance anywhere. The only place I go to is CJ Wilson Mazda of Countryside.
