Utterly Unprofessional I was a 3x customer of this dealership and its predecessor, having purchased as recently as last summer and as far back as 2006. In seeking a new vehi I was a 3x customer of this dealership and its predecessor, having purchased as recently as last summer and as far back as 2006. In seeking a new vehicle, I put out a request for bids on Edmunds, making sure to include these people. Not only was their price the highest, I also researched a price through Costco, and again, their price was not close. I contacted them however, having this relationship, to see if they could be the price. In the end, they would only offer me $100 less. When I told them this wasn't good enough, their sales manager--a guy named Mo--engaged me in an email battle telling me I was the disloyal one, and later even called me a liar, noting their dealership wasn't around in 2006 (CJ later acquired the Mazda Countryside location). Great Place for your Auto Maintenance Needs Since I bought my car in July, 2017, I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Every time I come in I see the salesman that I bought my car from (Gabe Ceniceros) and he goes out of his way to stop by, shake my hand and talk for a few minutes. Its those extra touches that really makes me appreciate coming in for something like an oil change. Everyone in the service department is very helpful. Its nice to have a good place to recommend. My mom takes her car to a different dealership and the service is bar none 150% better at CJ Wilson Mazda! More

Patient and Caring I was impressed by this dealership the second I met a salesperson. I had lots of questions and everything was always answered and if the salesperson w I was impressed by this dealership the second I met a salesperson. I had lots of questions and everything was always answered and if the salesperson wasn’t 100% positive in his answer he’d make sure someone who was would answer my question. It took me a month to come in to buy my car after the first test drive but they were still patient and considerate and never pushed or rushed me into my purchase. I would 100% recommend this dealership to a friend or family member and would go here again in the future. I went to three other car dealerships and Mazda made all of them look awful and pushy. More
