I had a great experience buying a car from Andy Jakubczak at Napleton Mazda. He is such a nice person. I went in feeling anxious because I thought the salesman might be “hard sell” and might not take me se at Napleton Mazda. He is such a nice person. I recommend this dealership and Andy in particular. The Mazda line is great, with a different engine from most cars, and boy does it jump when I put on the gas. Very peppy!! When I need another car, I will go straight back to Andy. More

I went into the Countryside Mazda dealer to check out their new 2023 Mazda 3 cars. I was met by Andrew Jakubczak who was very helpful. The dealer had one Mazda 3 in stock in a different color and was f their new 2023 Mazda 3 cars. I was met by Andrew Jakubczak who was very helpful. The dealer had one Mazda 3 in stock in a different color and was fully loaded which drove so beautifully. Since they didn’t have one in the color and accessories I had wanted, I decided to order one from the factory which would take about 3 months. The next day I decided to change its color and Andrew was able to get a car that afternoon in that color and called me right away. Although it had more features than I had preferred (such as a sunroof), I fell in love with it (including the memorized seating position for driver’s seat) which is awesome! Andrew also loaded the Mazda application onto my cell phone and showed me various features in the new car. (By the way, I had forgotten to lock one of my doors and the “Mazda app” alerted me I had left a door unlocked and I was able to resolve it quickly! I also had my driver’s side door beep several times continuously when I had locked it manually while exiting to alert me “before” closing the door that my key remote was in the car. It had fallen out of my pocket onto my driver’s seat! Was so thankful for that alert!) I really like the “Mazda Connect” screen that is located slightly below the dashboard and in black with its controls and selections near the gears. For me, the screen is less distracting and with the knobs and buttons next to my driving gears, I can feel their positions with my right hand while driving with my left hand. The driver’s seating area in this midsize car is more roomier than in many cars I had tried out elsewhere (in this price range). Andrew was very helpful and patient to ensure I felt comfortable with the operations of my new car. Joseph Bledsoe and Alberto Bustamante were great and assisted with the financial and paperwork aspects of the sale. The service department added a shield protection finish to the inside and outside of the car, and installed the wheel locks on my tires. I am very thankful for all their support and am looking forward to working with their service department for future maintenance and repairs, and this dealer for my next new car after this one! My family and I went into the dealership in mid July to take a look at a used 2017 Mazda CX-5. We were helped out by MJ, and he was awesome/great, we did not end up buying the 2017, but instead placed an o take a look at a used 2017 Mazda CX-5. We were helped out by MJ, and he was awesome/great, we did not end up buying the 2017, but instead placed an order for a brand new 2023 Mazda CX-5. It wasn’t even two months, when I got the phone call that my new 2023 CX-5 had arrived. We went to pick it up and it was such an easy process. Big thank you to Harvey too, he was able to get me a good payments on my Mazda and get me at a good APR, especially for this being my first car loan. I want to give a big thank you to Harvey and MJ too for being patient with us, since I needed to translated all the information they were given me to my dad. They were so patient and understanding with us. I will highly recommend anyone to come and see them ! More
This dealership doesn't track services/maintenance performed. My recent purchase has no service records at all. None through Carfax or the Mazda app. Just sad. “Scammed a Military Family” My husband and I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle from Napletons Countryside Mazda back on 1/3/22 with the odometer reading 121,423. We test drove the vehicle, checked the o a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle from Napletons Countryside Mazda back on 1/3/22 with the odometer reading 121,423. We test drove the vehicle, checked the oil and we were told that the vehicle had undergone the standard assessment upon being accepted at the dealership. We were stationed in Arlington Heights. At this time, trade in vehicles were still scarce and although we test drove vehicles with other used car dealers, we felt that purchasing from the dealership would be more reliable. What a poor assumption on our part. We paid $10,802 for the vehicle. Shortly after purchase we received orders to leave the area. We drove the vehicle to SC and parked it until our PCS the next month. After finally getting the vehicle to NC, we took it for a routine service and were told that there was a minor repair needed with the Cam Cage that would cost $1700.00. Unfortunate but we assumed par for the course. Upon leaving the service the vehicle started displaying the “check engine light”. We located a specialist with Volkswagens, where they determined that the motor would need to be replaced at a cost of nearly $8,000. It seems that at some time an oil modifier of some type was added to coat the engine to mask symptoms and stop the sensors from triggering. Once the oil was changed, the problem started again. The repair shop requested that we reach out to Napletons Countryside Mazda directly, considering we have only traveled a total of 2167 miles total in the vehicle. After speaking with the Countryside Mazda Manager, Mr. Skylar Davis personally; as well as the owner Mr. Steve Napleton. We have basically been told that they will bear no responsibility for selling us a LEMON. We are responsible for covering the full repair bill. It’s wrong and unfortunate. This is a huge financial burden for our family and a poor way to conduct a business. Steer clear of this business!!!!!!! More
