Set up appointment online about a week in advance. Showed up for appointment and was asked “did you make this appointment online? Charged us $40 labor and I don’t even have a print out to show the results. Also saw a $19.20 misc charge without an explanation as to what it was. $219.00 for what should have been around $130.00 tops. Scammers in that service department. More
