I received the worst service from this dealer that I have ever received from any other business! Not only did they not do the service I requested. Despite telling me they had the parts for a recall on site ever received from any other business! Not only did they not do the service I requested. Despite telling me they had the parts for a recall on site they did not and told me I would have to wait for the part to arrive and schedule another appointment. I had driven about 60 miles to get there! I had ask for an oil change and they completed that in about two hours and then told me about the lack of recall part(s). As usual they also provided a list of technician suggested service. Much of the list had already been completed (they did not ask me or check the Carfax report). I understand that one of the suggestions is not to be done per Kia) I can't believe this organization has remained open for the years they report More

Watch out for the bait and switch tactics. I was in negotiations several days on a car, had a trade in with positive equity, and offer cash down to get payments and terms in my budget I allowe I was in negotiations several days on a car, had a trade in with positive equity, and offer cash down to get payments and terms in my budget I allowed myself. They would barely budge. Sales manager discount car down but added an inspection and cleaning fee of $1500. I told them I would not pay that fee and to remove it. They said they can’t go any lower in the car. I said ok it’s not for me then. Next day I get a message saying the GM is looking at the deal now and he can make the call if they can go lower. I was happy to hear this, I didn’t hear anything more that day, then the next day sales guy said when can you come get it? I said do we have a deal. He replied yes. I clean up my trade, drove an hour away from home, only to get there and be told same deal as a few days ago, oh and some one is on a test drive with it so I better sign the deal. I said they can have the car, I was told the deal was a go and agreed upon by both parties. Sales guy said hold on wrote my deal down again and took it back in the manager office. 15 min later he comes out and says we got it! I look at the paper and yep they finally took the $1500 off! But wait! They just added back into the car price??? Nothing changed, apparently I’m an idiot, maybe I really am! Sales guys says this is a xxxx of a deal! Take it! We are LOSING $1000 on this deal! Right! I bet! I walked away, the other guy can buy it, maybe he did, maybe he didn’t. Cars been in there lit over 40 days, was driven so often the battery was dead. Talked to two other dealerships as I was out and about looking at other cars told them what was going on and the both said watch out for those guy. Bad business practice. Lesson learned I guess. More
