I recently purchased a 2026 Kia K4 GT-Line in red with the black SynTex interior, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience — especially because of Angelo. I visited the Napleton Kia of Fishers location on 01/29/2026 with my mother to inquire about trading in and possibly purchasing a new vehicle. I was first approached by Mia, who I would like to note 01/29/2026 with my mother to inquire about trading in and possibly purchasing a new vehicle. I was first approached by Mia, who I would like to note was very kind during my visit. After your typical back and forth of this is what we can do, etc., I decided to trade in my 2023 Kia Forte for a 2025 Kia K4. On 01/30/2025, I receive a notification on my Kia Connect account that there was an active, ongoing Safety Recall on my new vehicle. I said to myself, there is no possible way I was allowed to drive off the lot with a new vehicle that had an active SAFETY recall on it; however, upon further investigation, it was confirmed via the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) that dealers were electronically notified of a recall (# 26V046) of 2025 Kia K4s on 01/27/2026. Napleton Kia of Fishers allowed me to complete the process of trading in my vehicle, purchase one of their recalled vehicles, and drive off the lot with full knowledge that it had an active SAFETY recall related to the instrument panel display potentially failing while driving. By this time, I am growing concerned about what other issues may not have been disclosed to me, so I went back to Napleton Kia on 02/04/2026 to request a CARFAX on my newly purchased Kia K4, when I was told by a manager (Ricky) that, “new cars don’t have a CARFAX, ma’am.” So, Ricky said he could not provide one, despite knowing that was a false statement. I resorted to purchasing my own CARFAX which indeed displayed my new vehicle was sold to me with an active SAFETY recall, not having been disclosed to me. To further my distress and outrage, I was told by my mother when she went to pick up a forgotten item from my trade-in and return a bolt that was found left in the cupholder was an “accidently” left from an “errand” they had apparently run in the vehicle I was in the process of purchasing. I was told my new car was being detailed while I was signing my paperwork, not that members of the service department were running an “errand” in it before it was given to me. I am disgusted with how I was treated at this location and cannot believe with all the negative review it has endured this long. I would not have purchased this vehicle knowing what I know now. Instead of being excited about my new car, I am scared to drive it. More
