A breath of fresh air! It doesn't happen very often, but I purchased two vehicles in less than two weeks. I saw first hand how things are done in two different dealerships. Reed Chrysler is a place where a handshake and person's word can be counted on. Everything we discussed prior to my visit, was honored, and followed through on when I got to the dealership. In fact, my trade had 500 miles more on it than I had thought, and it was no big deal. They still gave me a fair price for my trade, and a fair price for the vehicle I purchased. I should also point out, that it was only at the very end, and somewhat matter of factually that I was informed: "If you feel we have done a good job today, or even if you feel we dropped the ball today, we would appreciate you letting us know in the survey you will be receiving in the next couple weeks." This was technically a used truck, but it only had 24 miles on it. More

Scott paid close attention to what I wanted as he tried to find me the best deal. Scott also offered a better deal than I was offered at 2 other vicinity Jeep dealers. I felt very comfortable there with no high pressure to buy. Smaller dealerships like this, in my opinion, cater more to their customers, are more friendly and can sometimes offer better deals. I would buy there again and I would highly recommend them to family or friends. More

Strange and awesome service I travel the Region of WI, IL, IN and MI and always searching for good deals. I don't mean price, but best overall value. I saw the Challenger on Auto I travel the Region of WI, IL, IN and MI and always searching for good deals. I don't mean price, but best overall value. I saw the Challenger on Autotrader and was in the Fond du lac area and figured I would swing by. The car was beautiful and more than I wanted to pay (2016), but it was so sharp in appearance. I met with Scott and no pressure and he didn't chase me down the road when I left. I had other Challengers to look at. Scott followed up with me about a week later and we closed the deal. He couldn't meet me the day I came back up, but Chris was there to help. I live in Quincy, IL and that 6 hours away. I rented a U-haul auto hauler and Chris and another salesperson helped me load the Challenger on the trailer and headed back home. They asked that I contact them and let them know I made it back safely. I was really impressed with this dealership as they found additional specs and information that I had questions on about the car. Everyone there was very friendly and they treated you as a friend. No pressure, honest and polite. My Daughter is looking for a Wrangler and the wife soon will be upgrading to the Durango. We'll definitely give them a call when they are ready. It is truly surprising to find a great dealership as these folks are running, and that is much appreciated. More
