No pressure on any of it, Greg was so wonderful to work with and did a great job staying in touch with updates with the vehicle until we were able to pick it up as our Buick needed some body work done on it and without even questioning it they said they were going to have their body shop guy fix it up before it would go...he did a wonderful job! Financing went smooth, again no pressure and was willing to work with us, she (I believe Lana was her name, so sorry I can't remember) even took the time to explain how things are processed. Detailer Jordan,,,awesome job as we saw the vehicle fresh from the trade in...it needed TLC and we had faith that they would clean it up good, they claim it would be in detail for 2 hours; which we've heard before...it was beyond good, he did make it look like new. Maybe not a big deal to others, but he waxed it and gave it a great protective start for us...hard manual work to do...love it, and it's like we're showing off a new car! Full tank of gas to go. By far the best dealership we've ever worked with and this makes our 7th vehicle we have purchased over the years and we've had some great vehicles but had some rough dealings getting them. This just went all too smooth is seems, but we're not complaining, just pleasantly surprised. We will definitely go to Reed Chrysler first when it comes time to replace a car. New or Used they will work with you to help find the best vehicle they can to meet your needs! Thank you again for a great experience!! More

A breath of fresh air! It doesn't happen very often, but I purchased two vehicles in less than two weeks. I saw first hand how things are done in two different dealerships. Reed Chrysler is a place where a handshake and person's word can be counted on. Everything we discussed prior to my visit, was honored, and followed through on when I got to the dealership. In fact, my trade had 500 miles more on it than I had thought, and it was no big deal. They still gave me a fair price for my trade, and a fair price for the vehicle I purchased. I should also point out, that it was only at the very end, and somewhat matter of factually that I was informed: "If you feel we have done a good job today, or even if you feel we dropped the ball today, we would appreciate you letting us know in the survey you will be receiving in the next couple weeks." This was technically a used truck, but it only had 24 miles on it. More

Scott paid close attention to what I wanted as he tried to find me the best deal. Scott also offered a better deal than I was offered at 2 other vicinity Jeep dealers. I felt very comfortable there with no high pressure to buy. Smaller dealerships like this, in my opinion, cater more to their customers, are more friendly and can sometimes offer better deals. I would buy there again and I would highly recommend them to family or friends. More
