I had anExcellent experience with Manny at the Beaver Dam Chrysler dodge dealership the last couple of days
The service team was amazing Dana did everything possible to ensure my vehicle was ready for me
Knowledgeable and friendly Service Manager. Service technician handled a a simple repair that turned into an unusual uncommon situation. Took a bit longer than any of us expected but he remained steadfast in getting it done correctly. In hindsight I should have left my vehicle overnight.
Curtious and informative. They needed to more time for my appointment and they did. I live out of town and they certainly took that into consideration.
They gave me an updated status of my vehicle of what they performed and some further services that may be required.
Ken is friendly, helpful. Kept us informed and made suggestions. Great coffee while you wait. Manny, our salesman, came in to say hello as well. Very happy with my Jeep and Napleton!
