My husband and I did a lot of research before walking into Napleton's and looking at SUVs. We had a lot of comparison shopping questions about the BMW vs. Audi vs. Mercedes SUVs and found Matt and the r into Napleton's and looking at SUVs. We had a lot of comparison shopping questions about the BMW vs. Audi vs. Mercedes SUVs and found Matt and the rest of the staff to be extremely knowledgeable. Every answer was logical and helpful in determining which car best fit our specific needs. We test drove one Audi Q7 off their lot and didn't care for the ride. So Matt secured a Q7 with a different suspension and actually delivered that car to us to test drive. We loved it and ordered a new one that day! When the car arrived, Matt spent 3 hours with me going over all the features . . . and then followed up a few hours later to be sure I felt comfortable. Excellent service. Friendly people. Have purchased my last two new Honda Accords from John Vang...he is a real asset to this dealership. He has been easy to work with and does not bother you with the typical BS that most car dealers try to Vang...he is a real asset to this dealership. He has been easy to work with and does not bother you with the typical BS that most car dealers try to give you. He listens to what you want and how much difference you are willing to pay for the new vehicle without wasting your time with all the other nonsense that goes on with the typical salesperson. He most recently emailed me a discount coupon for a scheduled oil/filter change that caused me to have the work done at Napleton versus having it done at Midas...cost was approximately the same. If I had not received the coupon, I would have gone to the Midas dealer who is a good friend of mine. More

Time at the dealership was minimal and Napleton did a great job securing me excellent financing! A couple of issues with the purchase. I was disappointed in 1st offer on trade-in. It was very low vs. the KBB value of the vehicle. I took a little lower value on my trade-in than I should have. (The offer came from the Sales Manager, not Lisa.) Secondly, it seemed like the extra warranties were kind of pushed on me, though I wasn't interested in them. Overall a very good experience, though. Looking forward to some car washes, and will be getting my general maintenance done there. More
