I recently had the pleasure of working with John Vang, Chris Loch, Geoff Feinblatt, and Jim Schaffer at their dealership, and I can confidently say they are the best in the automotive business! why one star, because I can't give zero, and if you will read the text exchange with the Sales MANAGER below you won't have to wonder why: Text message I had received at 7:35pm, Wednesday, after I had left their location that has operating hours listed on their website, and at the door, open until 8 PM, sender: TIM HAYES - the MANAGER: "For you to keep my staff late for your low ball offer is xxxxxxxx I already told you not possible If you can do $3500 total out of pocket I can get the payment to $1147You show up late and ask for a $6k discount xxx my response: Hi Tim, I am also very disappointed with your text right now. I was in contact with you informing about my availability and even arrived few minutes earlier than initially anticipated. I was always expecting high level or customer service from Mercedes dealer and your “xxx” had complete changed that. I am not sure whom you are to the company believing that your unprofessional and rude texts will win a customer. Although I am grateful that you did show your real nature and we won’t have to deal with you anymore . Thank you for your time and good luck with future sales. Our visit was an invitation to a negotiation and we were willing to do business with you. Your unprofessional behavior closed the deal for us. I am very happy I am not your client and I understand how your tacky behavior ruins your business. Have a good night.
