This dealership was recommended to us due to their outstanding customer service. Although we live 1 1/2 hours away, we decided to find out for ourselves since our local dealer has a poor reputation. They located a car for us & made the entire process very simple & enjoyable. Troy was extremely thorough with the vehicle delivery. We have only had the car for 2 days, & are hoping the service dept. is as knowledgeable & customer oriented. Throughout the process, Troy & Tim answered all of our questions promptly & professionally. Very satisfied! More

Matt was extremely helpful with showing me all of the controls and how to operate everything on the vehicle. Terry was extremely great at explaining the paperwork, warrenties and assisting me in getting controls and how to operate everything on the vehicle. Terry was extremely great at explaining the paperwork, warrenties and assisting me in getting the vanity plates that I wanted. They were very professional and friendly. Being a pre-owned vehicle, the driver seat was starting to wear on the the outside edge. They are reupholstering both seats for me in the original leather color. I would recommend them to any one who is purchasing an upscale vehicle. More
John was a pleasure to work with; he kept me up to date, as much as possible, about the delay in the delivery of my Odyssey. Most dealerships start their price negotiations at a place where they know, the buyer is not going to accept; with a little computer time, I was able to explain my price, and Napletons was able to accept it. There was only a little "haggle time," which I certainly appreciate. When the time comes, I will surely stop by Napleton's when seeking another new car. More
