We arrived at My wife and I had an appointment to sign the papers and take delivery of a new 2015 Honda Fit On a Tuesday. The appointment was at 6PM. We arrived at 6:03 and were promptly met by our salesperson who mentioned that the business/finance guy was busy at the moment because he was running late. The sales person did a fine job reviewing features of the vehicle. However, we ended up waiting until 7:45 to see the business/finance person. As a result, we missed another appointment. We had purchased a used car at this dealer less than 3 years earlier, we were completely underwhelmed on our second experience by the inability of the dealer to respect our time. We ended up completing all necessary paperwork in ten minutes. More

We saw a 2015 Honda Fit EX inModern Steel color only it had straight shift and we were interested in automatic shift. Our salesman,Matt Harkey, checked inventory and a Honda Fit Ex Automatic in Modern Steel color just came in so he arranged a test drive on this car with only 2 miles. We really liked all the features especially the side view camera. Then we had our car 2010 Toyota Matrix reviewed and we proceeded to purchase this fine car. On top of the usual BS services they tried to talk me into after the change, they also told me I have an oil leak near my timing chain & it would cost $273 to fix it. I said "no thanks" & went to a local Meineke that I trust (on Alpine & Newburg) for a second opinion. I knew I had a problem before-hand because I was adding about a quart every two months but I don't see any signs of leaks. Meineke told me there is oil covering the timing case & they want to put diagnostic dye in before they do anything. So I drove the car for a week & came back for inspection. They informed me, & showed me, that there are no signs of leaks anywhere. They suggested that the oil covering the case came from spillage when I added oil myself previously. Instead of charging me to fix the non-existent leak, they suggested changing the type of oil I use since I do a lot of highway driving & the synthetic I had been using is being consumed quickly. They only charged me for the diagnostic dye & sent me on my way. Napleton's apparently didn't diagnose anything. They just observed oil on my timing case & tried to charge me for a fix. Buyer beware. Bad Service! I went to Napletons and found a pre-owned car that I wanted to purchase but was a bit out of my price range. At the urging of the sales rep I went in I went to Napletons and found a pre-owned car that I wanted to purchase but was a bit out of my price range. At the urging of the sales rep I went in to see if I could get this car in my price range. He told me that they would work with me and he was confidant that he could get this car for me. I applied for financing and because it was a Saturday they couldn't get me approved that day, I left a down payment with them to hold the car until we get the financing sorted out on Monday. I was told that on Monday they would be in contact with me. Monday comes around and at about 1 I hadn't heard anything so I decided to give a call and check in, the financing man that I had worked with told me that he would give me a call back within a half hour because he was still working. At 2:30 I still hadn't heard back from him and was growing frustrated (they were holding a check of mine there for god sakes!) I called back and was told that the financing man was on his lunch. At 4 I called back once again and was told that he was busy so I asked to speak to my salesman. My salesman told me that he had no idea that I was waiting to hear from them (what?!) he told me that he would call me back in 20 min. 45 min later I called back yet again and told them that I was on my way to pick up my check. He said that they were unable to approve me for the car. I went and got my check which he handed to me without a word. I left feeling like they didn't care whether I bought from them or not. About 2 hours later I recieved a call from the manager of Napletons who said he had heard that I was upset. I explained everything to him that had happened and he begged me to give him another chance. He told me that he would be working on my sale personally and garaunteed that I would be hearing from him the next day. The next day went by without a word from anyone. I would highly suggest that you shop elsewhere, the follow up and the customer service here is really lacking and I feel that they obviously don't really care if you buy from them or not. More

We still had a 2002 CRV with 135,000 miles that was still running great thanks to regular maintenance over the years at the dealership. But we wanted to look at the newer models with the backup camera and reconfigured leg room. The dealership had several on the lot that fit perfectly what we were looking for. The trade in offer and leasing package made sense and my wife and I decided that 'just looking' at other places didn't make sense. We closed the deal that day. More
Chris Loch is one of the best car sales guys around - from listening to what we want/need, to showing us the models and options available, to helping us jump on a used Odyssey opportunity that literally from listening to what we want/need, to showing us the models and options available, to helping us jump on a used Odyssey opportunity that literally hit the dealership while we were visiting there. Chris covers the details very well and was responsive via email or cell. Josh Hastings was very easy to work with when it came to financing, he showed us our available rate options and matched the best program to our current circumstances. He also covered the details in simple terms and made the "usual paperwork process" rather painless. Chris and Josh worked well together with us so there wasn't a lot of downtime waiting - between our trade-in inspection, reviewing the "new" used van with us in detail, getting finance stuff done, coffee/water, conversation, etc.- and it made for a pleasant and easier dealership experience. Highly recommend Chris and Josh and the Auto Werks Honda team! More

We had purchased an agreement for several free said that we had our coupon book in the front seat for a free oil change. They acknowledged this fact. We had purchased an agreement for several free service visits when we purchased the car. So, we went into the showroom and started looking at a new CR-V. We began working with a salesman who convinced us to take a test drive. When we returned, we began discussing a possible trade in value for our car. We then heard our name over the speaker that said "Report to the cashier". They said that we owed $27 for the oil change. We said no, it should be free. They then went into a big long drawn out story that our mileage went over 50,000 so the coupon was not good anymore. First thing in my head and out mouth was "Well, why did you perform the oil change without telling me first?". They said that they paged us a couple times but went ahead and did it. They gave us all the coupons they could to lower the price. There is no way I would have taken the car to get the oil change performed at the dealer for $27 +tax. There are several other places in town to have this performed at a much lesser price. This really upset us and changed our mind on going to this dealer. We had purchased our two previous CR-Vs from them and was planning on a 3rd, but no way now. I complained when they called the following Monday to get feedback on our experience. The person I talked to totally agreed with me that the work should not have been performed without our approval. The salesman also called and said that if I came back in, he would do something for our trade in. I don't think that will happen again. Not very happy with this dealership. They definitely lost a customer. More

Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and helpful in answering questions. Whereas I used to dread buying a new car, there was no pressure here, which I appreciated.
