At Napleton Honda in Loves Park I drove a Honda CRV (modern steel color) and received all financial possibilities Monday night letting the sales Manag At Napleton Honda in Loves Park I drove a Honda CRV (modern steel color) and received all financial possibilities Monday night letting the sales Manager (Rob Hamilton) know that I want to by the car and will review everything to decide what financial option will go with and will return Tuesday afternoon to complete the sale. Called Tuesday by noon to make the sales person aware that I will show up at 6 PM to start the paper work. When I arrive at Napleton Honda started the discussion about accessories and after 10 min I was told the car was sold. When I asked why they sold the car without at least letting me know he said that he did not know if I will show up and he was told by his boss to sell the car. Will never do business with Napleton. More
