Beginning with receiving a very good/competitive price on a new 20 I had an Excellent new car buying experience at Napleton's Auto in Loves Park, IL. Beginning with receiving a very good/competitive price on a new 2017 Honda Civic from Sales Manager Rob Hamilton, and continued excellent sales service from Sales Consultant Mike Massaro. There was never any pressure to act (buy) immediately, but rather...when I was ready. After my purchase, I had some questions. Rob & Mike were as responsive to my calls/questions following my purchase, as they were before my purchase. To me, this is great customer service! I would definitely send my children to Rob & Mike if/when they are in the market for a car. Note: Prior to this purchase, I bought a Honda Fit from a previous owner. Although the Fit wasn't purchased through Napleton's, if/when I've ever had to have that car serviced (minimal)...I've also been treated very well by the Service Department (i.e. Tammy Morris and her colleagues). I am really happy with my 2017 Honda Civic purchase, and the Sales & Service treatment I receive whenever dealing with the people at Napleton's Auto Group in Loves Park, IL. More

I have always dealt with Russ Burkart in service and have had excellent experiences whenever I come in for timely maintenance performed on my auto. Russ is the best to answer any questions I have had about any concerns when I call or come in. He is always very friendly and knowledgeable about everything and wonderful to deal with. More
