I am 79 uyears old and have dealt with many auto dealers. My experience with Napleton Honda has been beyond 5 stars. I unfortunately bought a used car from a different dealer and was having extensive problem My experience with Napleton Honda has been beyond 5 stars. I unfortunately bought a used car from a different dealer and was having extensive problems with the car. Napleton Honda ( and especially the service personnel Russ Burkart and Gary Torkilson), were always incredibly helpful and very thorough with explaining what should be done and the costs. I eventually had to get rid of the car and purchased one from Napleton Honda. My salesman, Mike Massaro and his boss Johnny A , were extremely helpful and all around great. He helped me step by step through a very trying and difficult situation. I could not be more positive in my recommendation for Napleton Honda and their incredible staff.
