Great people, shocked with the whole experience!! I must say that I have never had a car buying experience like I did for our new 2018 Odyssey on 3/24/18!! I was contacted by several area dealers, not even close! My information was given to Mike Massaro who was by far, the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met!!. He gave us our tour/test drive right off the bat, showed us so much about the vehicle. Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, not at Napleton's!! Also would like to thank Cary Proper the Service Manager, he took car of a small problem with top notch customer service!! I will definitely be recommending Napleton Honda in the future!! More

John asked me what I preferred in general and then in more detail He understood and set up a test drive, while explaining to me all the possibilities that could best suit my needs for a new car.
